I was in need of a major engine repair and was referred to Bledsoe diesel. They were backed up at the time which gave me hope that the services they provide were good. Communication was great if you could get them on the phone but it wasnβt guaranteed. After almost 8 weeks, I got my truck back. I wanted to discuss how all the repairs went but due to other work being performed, Shelby was too busy. As of now, 3,000 miles later, I have noticed a missing bolt on my brake system, my 4x4 problem still exists and I now have a check engine light on for my grid heater circuit. Several components for the grid heater are new because it was not on the truck prior to the shop performing work. I reached out and they addressed the missing bolt and shipped one overnight. I spent $15k+ in repairs and expected all issues be addressed as I travel and donβt have time to do follow up trips. The shop seems to have more than enough knowledge to perform extensive repairs however, not all things were checked prior to me taking possession. More needs to be done on their end to ensure that the work performed is thoroughly checked for proper operation.

I had them build my transmission after it started to slip while pulling my trailer around town. They gave me a lot of options to choose from on how I wanted it to be built they informed me of the possible pros and cons. I got put into the schedule for a Monday and I got the truck back on Friday. Everything was super clean and Shelby walked me through the break in process and what the transmission would tolerate. I havenβt had any trouble since I brought it to them and it is easily the best purchase I have made for my truck. It never skips a beat and stays noticeably cooler while hauling something. I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or any custom work.

At first we were so pleased that we had worked with them. The fuel economy of our 2010 Dodge improved and all was well... Until we got the truck inspected. I had told Shelby when I got my quote that we wanted to keep the stock exhaust. I found out that instead of gutting the catylitic converter and putting it back on and putting the muffler back on, they eliminated all of it. Needless to say, when I called, I was told that I should have known and that it was my own fault. Instead of trying to make it right they basically told me I was on my own. So now I have to spend even more money to get it back to a point where I can register the vehicle again before I can send my son to his next military duty station across the country.

This is the best diesel shop I have ever been to. Stacie (mom) and Shelby (son) treated me like family. I felt like a Bledsoe by the time I picked up my truck. They fixed every problem others couldnβt and did it with great communication and honesty. Their bill was itemized and fair. I travel across the nation for a living and will never know when my truck will break down. But I promise you that I will have my truck shipped to their shop when it does. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thanks Bledsoe Diesel for the amazing service, communication, and honesty.
